He also provides business planning and management advisory services to a variety of clients. Fred is a member of the AICPA, MACPA, and the East Central Michigan Estate Planning Council. He is on the Board of Directors for the Saginaw Community Foundation, a Past Chair for the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce, a Past Chair for the Covenant Healthcare Foundation, Past President of the Saginaw Country Club, Secretary for The One Hundred Club of Saginaw County, a Past President of Visiting Nurse Association of Saginaw, and a member of the Board of Directors for Visiting Nurse Special Services.

Jack, a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, has thirty-four years of accounting and business experience. Jack specializes in business accounting, preparation of monthly financial statements, tax services, retirement planning, and estate planning for individuals. He also provides tax, accounting, and business consulting services to professional services, retail, and service companies. Jack is a member of the AICPA, the MACPA, and the Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council. He currently serves on St. Mary's of Michian Hospital Advisory Board, is a member of the Saginaw Valley State University Annual Fund Committee and a member of the Saginaw Community Foundation Distribution Committee.

Heather, a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, has sixteen years of experience in public accounting. She joined the firm in 1995 as a staff accountant and became a partner in 2000. Heather focuses on audits of governmental and non-profit clients. She also provides accounting and management advisory services to a diverse range of clients. Heather is a member of the AICPA, the MACPA, and Alpha Chi. She is a graduate of Leadership Saginaw. She currently serves as Treasurer for the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce. She is also a Past President of the Saginaw Downtown Rotary Club.

Brett, a graduate of Western Michigan University and Saginaw Valley State University, has eleven years of experience in public accounting. Brett is responsible for the preparation of income tax returns for individual and business clients, monthly accounting write-up, and the preparation of interim and annual financial statements. He also manages audits of governmental entities and non-profit organizations. Brett is a member of the MACPA and a graduate of Leadership Saginaw. He has served as the Treasurer of Swan Valley Summer Baseball and is Vice-President of the Swan Valley Athletic Association.

Bob, a graduate of Ferris State University, has twenty-one years of accounting and business experience. Prior to joining GPS&T, Bob was the Controller at Grand Rapids Sash & Door Co. and Made Right Potato Chip Company. At GPS&T, Bob is responsible for the preparation of income tax returns for individual and business clients, the preparation of non-profit information returns and annual returns for employee benefit plans, monthly accounting write-up, and the preparation of interim and annual financial statements. He also manages audits of governmental entities, non-profits, and employee benefit plans. Bob is a member of the MACPA. He has served as a board member and Treasurer for the Saginaw Chapter of the American Red Cross.
Bonnie Thompson - Staff Accountant

Bonnie, a graduate of Alma College, joined the firm in 2006. Bonnie is responsible for bookkeeping, the preparation of interim and annual financial statements, processing client payrolls and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll returns. She also assists in audits of governmental and non-profit clients and in the preparation of income tax returns for individuals, business clients, and non-profit clients.

Lisa joined the firm in 2010. She attended Alpena Community College and owned her own small business for ten years. Lisa is responsible for bookkeeping, the preparation of interim financial statements and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll returns.
